SRM Group LLC is Hawaiʻi’s authorized source for advanced ceramic insulation and corrosion-protection coatings. Based in Kaneohe on Oahu, we serve all Hawaiʻian Islands — helping homeowners, businesses, and industrial operators solve the three problems that define our climate: high cooling costs, intense UV, and salt-air corrosion. We do that with proven coating systems and professional application.
We supply, specify, and arrange professional application of a complete family of advanced ceramic coatings: from consumer heat-block paint for homes (Sunshield®) to industrial-grade systems for marine, energy, and infrastructure projects (Super Therm®, Rust Grip®, HPC®, Moist Metal Grip, Omega Fire, and more).
For a homeowner, that might mean cutting a monthly electric bill. For a property manager, it might mean stopping rust from eating a building before it spreads. For a fleet operator, it might mean a refrigerated trailer that burns 30% less fuel. The same family of coatings serves all of them — what changes is which product fits the surface and the climate.
The coatings we supply are manufactured by Superior Products International II, Inc., a U.S. company founded in 1988 and headquartered in Shawnee, Kansas. The manufacturer’s flagship product, Super Therm®, was developed over six years of collaboration with NASA researchers in the late 1980s, after testing more than 4,000 chemical compounds. The product line has been validated by independent testing at the U.S. Department of Energy, EPA ENERGY STAR, the Russia Academy of Science, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and others. Our role is to bring that technology to the Pacific: help you choose the right system for your surface and your climate, and get it applied correctly.
