Rust Grip® is a one-part, moisture-cured polyurethane coating that encapsulates existing rust — no sandblasting to bare metal required. A single coat replaces the traditional sandblast-plus-three-coat system, with 6,780 psi adhesion, salt-spray resistance exceeding 15,000 hours, and a 30-year expected service life.

Super Therm® uses four engineered ceramic compounds, each targeting a different part of the solar spectrum:
blocks ultraviolet radiation
blocks visible solar energy
blocks IR radiation (the dominant heat carrier)
releases any absorbed heat efficiently
The ceramics are ground to microscopic spheres, producing a smooth finish that looks more like paint than insulation – but functions completely differently.

No. Rust Grip® is for above-water applications. For wet, damp, or submerged metal, use Moist Metal Grip.
With proper application, expected service life is around 30 years. The 15,000+ hour salt-spray testing (ASTM B117) corresponds roughly to that timeframe in aggressive marine environments.
Rust Grip® is typically applied as a primer and then top-coated with Enamo Grip® in the color you want (Desert Tan, safety yellow, custom colors are all common).
