Moist Metal Grip is a two-component, touch-adherent epoxy coating that bonds to dry, moist, wet, or fully submerged metal. It was developed specifically for surfaces that cannot be dried enough for Rust Grip® — marine hulls below the waterline, water tanks, buried pipe, cooling-tower infrastructure, and anywhere moisture cannot be eliminated.
Super Therm® uses four engineered ceramic compounds, each targeting a different part of the solar spectrum:
blocks ultraviolet radiation
blocks visible solar energy
blocks IR radiation (the dominant heat carrier)
releases any absorbed heat efficiently
The ceramics are ground to microscopic spheres, producing a smooth finish that looks more like paint than insulation – but functions completely differently.

Yes. It is engineered for exactly that. The two-part epoxy cures chemically rather than by drying, so moisture on the surface doesn’t prevent the cure.
Yes. Moist Metal Grip is EU-certified for potable water, USDA approved, and AWWA approved for indoor potable-water storage. That makes it one of the only ceramic-tier coatings genuinely suited to water-tank linings.
The Moist Metal Grip + Enamo Grip® system provides about 3× longer biofouling resistance than traditional copper antifouling, with no toxic leaching. It also doesn’t require annual reapplication. Initial cost is higher; lifecycle cost is lower.
Submergible after 48 hours of cure. Full mechanical cure takes 10 days.
Rust Grip® is for above-water metal — including damp, but not wet or submerged. Moist Metal Grip is the underwater / wet-surface specialist. On many projects the two are paired: Rust Grip® as primer above the waterline, Moist Metal Grip below.
