HPC®-HT is the high-temperature variant of HPC®. It is a two-part (9:1 ratio) hybrid silicone, non-flammable resin coating engineered for surface temperatures from 232°C (450°F) up to 600°C (1,112°F) — beyond the range of standard HPC®. Part A is water-based and carries a specific ceramic compound load.
Important: if the surface is below 200°C, the HT resin will not properly cure and will remain soft. For surfaces below that range, use standard HPC®.

HPC®-HT can be over-coated with: – Super Therm® (where exterior solar heat is also a concern) – Rust Grip® (for corrosion protection) – Enamo Grip® (for a tough, color-matched finish) – HPC® system top coat
For hot pipes subject to continuous worker contact or mechanical impact, HPC®-HT can be applied with a polyester mesh reinforcement (the “multi-mesh membrane system”) for extra durability without compromising thermal performance.

Standard HPC® works on a wide range of hot surfaces up to ~650°C and is water-based. HPC®-HT is a two-part silicone system specifically engineered for surfaces 232–600°C that need the silicone resin’s heat tolerance — and that won’t be shut down for application.
The hybrid silicone resin cures by heat — below ~200°C surface temperature it stays soft. For cooler surfaces, standard HPC® is the right product.
